I ordered my dress weeks ago and it's been stuck in customs according to the tracking information. I've emailed goddiva twice and have received no response. At this point I think I'm going to have to dispute this with my bank

I was sent a used dress. The sequins where falling off. It was damaged and when i wanted to sent it back I have to pay. This needs to be looked at because the dress was already expensive. Beautiful coloured dress tho.
The material made me feel very itchy and the arm detail doesnt look exactly like in the photo but still a good bargain at £38 for a last minute christmas party dress. Nice cut.

lovely dress i ordered a 10 and it fit wonderfully i am 5ft7 and it was a perfect length with 2in heels it hugged me in all the right spots ans showed of my figure.
Worn the dress to a dinner dance. Everyone loved it - even one of the guests ordered it online whilst at the event.
I’ve ordered my dress on the 22nd of November and still didn’t get it because it says I’ve requested a “address update” which I didn’t. So my dress was returned to England. I’ve send many emails to Goddiva and still didn’t get a response yet. I really hope I get my dress :(

Beautiful dress, fits well. I�m usually a 10 on top and 12 on bottom and a size 10 fit perfect. Be careful when wearing as it does click easy.
