Can I return sale items?

Absolutely, you can return sale items. Items purchased during a sale must be sent back within 14 days of receiving them. A refund will be issued providing the garment is in its original condition and packaging.

Can I use the discount code on sale items?

Unfortunately, we do not offer additional discounts on top of our sale items.

Are there additional charges for international customers?

Import duties and customs duties may apply to orders outside the US / Canada. Please check with your local customs agency for more details.

Do you have any physical stores where I can see the products and try them on?

Unfortunately, we operate exclusively online. But you're welcome to order the dress you're interested in. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please be aware that our customer service is available via email from Monday to Friday. Our team will get back to you at their earliest convenience. During holidays and special occasions, please allow up to 14 working days for a response from our customer service team.

I placed my order, but I haven't received my order confirmation email.

No need to worry. Sometimes our emails end up in your spam or junk folders. Please check those folders first. If you still can't find the email, kindly get in touch with us at info@goddiva.us Make sure to provide the email address you used to place the order, and we'll resend the confirmation as soon as possible.

It won’t allow my billing and shipping address to be different;

Do not panic, this is simply to ensure that all orders are authentic. In order to change your shipping addresses just simply send an email to info@goddiva.us and we can get this changed for you as soon as possible.

When placing your order, your address must be entered as your billing address only, this is for shipping as well, failure to do this may result in your order not being processed and dispatched. We are only able to make amendments to the shipping address within 30 mins of the order being placed. Amendments will not be made on billing addresses.

I can’t track my parcel

You should have received your tracking information via email. You can track your order by visiting the courier's 'track & trace' page and entering the provided tracking number.

How do pre-orders work?

Some styles on our website are on a preorder, this will be stated in the product description

How can I tell if my item has been shipped and when it will arrive?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a text/email from the provided courier service. This will include your tracking number and a link for you to track your order.

How do I redeem discount codes?

After you've chosen the dress(es) you want, proceed to the checkout page. On this page, you'll see a box labeled "Discount Code." Just type in the code you have and click on the 'apply' button – it's really easy!

Remember, these promotion codes are only valid on the specified date. Once that date passes, the code won't work anymore. Also, please note that discount codes are not compatible with other offers or discounts.

I ordered last night and now there's a discount code available. Can I apply this discount to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can't retroactively apply a discount code. The discount codes are only applicable to orders placed during the promotion period.

How long do I have to return an item and is there an extended period during the Christmas season?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Your legal rights remain unaffected. If you're using our provided return label, be sure to keep track of the barcode number for parcel tracking. During the Christmas period, we do offer an extension, allowing customers up to 28 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

How long does it take to process a return and receive a refund in the US?

If you're returning an item to us using one of our provided free return labels, please allow for 5-10 business days for the item(s) to reach our facility. The processing of your return by our quality checking team typically takes 7-14 business days. If the items are found to be in resalable condition, a refund will be initiated for you. It's important to note that during busy periods, such as the holiday season, the refund process might take longer than usual.

Our return labels are provided through a tracked shipping service, and the labels typically have a 48-hour delivery estimate. However, due to higher volumes during peak times, your parcel might take up to 8 days to reach our facility. This could potentially result in a delay in processing your refund or exchange.

Please be aware that once a refund is initiated, the time it takes to appear in your account can vary:
  • If you made the payment using a Credit/Debit Card – the refund may take 3-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • If you used PayPal for payment – the refund process could take around 7-14 business days.
How do I find out if Goddiva has received my returns?

If you're using the returns label provided, keep a record of the barcode number. This number lets you track your package on its way back to us. Simply enter the barcode number into the tracking section on the Seko website for updates on your return status.

It can take 7-14 working days from the date we received it back for a refund to be processed.

I have lost/misplaced my returns form;

That’s fine, all you will need to do is simply write the following on a sheet of paper; your order number

  • The email address you used to place the order
  • The product code(s) of the dress(es) you are returning
  • The reason why you are returning

My payment has not gone through. What should I do next?

First and foremost, double-check all the information you've entered to ensure it's accurate. Reach out to your bank to confirm that there are no issues with your card or account. Is it possible to make payment in a different currency?

Absolutely! You can proceed with your order as usual. Simply enter your bank details and click 'place order'. The beauty of online shopping lies in the fact that your account provider will automatically handle the currency conversion, offering you the most favorable exchange rate at that moment

What happens if I'm not available when my order is delivered?

If no one is available to accept the delivery, you will receive a notification indicating that a delivery attempt was made. The notification will provide instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or pick up the package from a nearby local depot, based on the specific courier service used for your order.

If the delivery isn't collected or arranged within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to Goddiva and treated as a return upon receipt.

Please be aware that any changes in the delivery address or instances where no one is available during the initial delivery attempt could result in a delay of 24-48 hours, as the parcel will need to be returned to the depot and reprocessed for another delivery.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept several payment methods, including Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard. Additionally, we offer payment options through Paypal, Amazon Pay, & Clearpay for your convenience.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We strive to ensure that the items you receive are in perfect condition and match your order accurately. However, in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact the Goddiva Customer Service team (Info@goddiva.us) within 2 days of receiving the delivery. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue

Please state in the email:

Your order number, name and email address you used to place the order A description of the product (product code) and the reason for return.
If the item is faulty please provide pictures of the fault for reference

We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return, you will be refunded the delivery costs of the return faulty item

When will I not be eligible for a refund?

Certain items are non- refundable. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items if the product is returned to us in a resalable condition. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant, as we are unable to accept an item where there is evidence that the item has been worn or damaged, or if there is a mark or a scent on it.

Refunds will NOT be granted on the following criteria, and the item(s) will be sent back to you at our own cost:

  • Clothing is marked i.e. make up, debris, dirt marks on the hem & stains.
  • The item has been worn and resembles an odour of perfume, deodorant or body odour.
  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on swimwear
  • Tags and/or security ribbon are not intact – please ensure all tags and security ribbon are kept on the garment while trying on.
  • The item has been returned to us outside of the 14 days refund policy,

To customers residing in the US or Canada, we provide free return labels. You can also generate QR codes to facilitate the return process. Additionally, we offer the option to schedule a courier pick-up for your convenience.

For international customers outside of the United States, please note that you'll be responsible for covering the postage or shipping cost when sending items back to us. Unfortunately, these costs are non-refundable.

It's important to be aware that any US customers who opt for an alternative return delivery method will also incur non-refundable expenses. I returned an item for a refund or due to a defect, but it was sent back to me. Why did this happen?

Please be advised that all items sent back to us, whether for a refund, exchange, or due to a defect, undergo a thorough quality check by our specialized department. This process typically takes around 7-14 business days.
